sleep/resume: added hw.acpi.lid_switch_state=s3 to /etc/nf. ![]() Works: (Note: I honestly don’t remember what works out of the box vs what I got working later). Basically, I use FreeBSD everywhere, and I might as well try getting it working on this laptop. I might as well throw in the dozen or so FreeBSD boxes I admin at work as well. From my pfsense router, to my freenas storage server, and my personal server running N number of jails. What I mean by that is every other system I run is some sort of FreeBSD. While I like OpenBSD, historically I’ve been much more FreeBSD focused. In typical me fashion, I quickly got bored with it (keep in my I have two other personal Macs, and several work Macs as well). ![]() After messing with OpenBSD on my macbook, I wanting to give the MacOS Sierra a test drive, so I wiped my old Macbook Pro and gave it a spin.
